Cancellations

We know you don’t want to cancel your service, but sometimes life gets in the way. We require you to cancel no less than 48 hours before your appointment time in order to free the space for someone else. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will be assessed a flat $50 fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the service. Fees must be paid before your next service can be conducted. Frequent rescheduling will result in client being allowed same-day booking only, or, full non-refundable prepayment required.

 

Illness + COVID Screens

New clients are given a Covid-19 symptom screen with signature required. All clients may choose to wear a mask into the treatment room and for any duration of the session. Evolve Bodywork will wear a mask with discretion, or per client request. Given that treatment is done in close quarters it is imperative you reschedule if you’re symptomatic of anything. Massage may exacerbate symptoms so it is best to stay home. This goes for all communicable diseases as well as symptoms of a cold, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, and contagious skin/hair pathologies. Clients who are ill the day of the appointment will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Late Policy

Clients arriving late to their appointment or that delay the start of their service will have the service end at the scheduled time regardless. Effort will be made to reach the session goals; however, some sessions may need to be canceled and/or rescheduled and full payment still required. Arriving 5 - 10 minutes before your appointment start time will ensure a full treatment session.

 
 

Packages + Gift Certificates

Thank you for supporting someone’s wellness journey! Gift certificates and packages are non-refundable but may be transferred upon request. If prices have gone up by the time a gift certificate or package is being redeemed, the package/GC will still be honored. Any subsequent purchases will be at the new prices.
